Ok so school has started and we're back in the rapid river. I'm having digital essentials(diEss) at 9 and communicating design ideas(comDi) at 12. Waking up at 6.45 is a bitch. diEss isnt to bad; so far i've been able to cope even tho its a computery module and i'm a tech-bimbo. The lecturer, yong kin, is nice too so yay. We have to do like a calendar, 6 months. BUt like each month's design will be used twice to make a whole 12 mth thing. I thought of doing horoscope but it'll be weird to repeat the design since well, it has 12 characters. So i might just do elements instead... cause like the bionicle version has 6 so yeah.
As for comDi... its ok besides the fact that we have to write 2000-2500 words worth of essays by next friday plus a collage on our fav design icons. That is seriously bitchy. And the lecturer, kim jin, is kinda annoyin... nothing he particularly does but its just his demeanor. Ouh and he loves raising his eyebrows obsessively. Okok so we went for an excursion to the art museum to pick out an exhibition and present it in groups today right. And there was this rather quiet and reserved guy who, the first time i heard speak, had this really weird kinda way of speaking like a mild indonesian and in a slow deliberate manner. So when he started presenting, he did this accurate yet slightly exaggerated imitation of kim jin's speech and flashed high-raised eyebrows. It was damn hilarious i tell you and everyone was cracking up. I wonder if kim jin got it. Hahah.
Ouh and after my group presented, kim jin opened the floor for comments and guess who had to say something? Yk. He said that the cap i was wearing was distracting and it covered my eyes and stuff. Funny that kim jin said it didnt bother him at all since i managed to be engaging enough with my speech(which is more than i can say for yk). And chun yeung was like 'i think its just you'. Haha. Ouh and kim jin said mine and sy's group was the best wohoo. Sy was really good tho, he gave like a very long and thorough explanation off the top of his head.
Well after that, sy and i were supposed to go to the ex-cemetary at potong pasir to take photos but jon called to say that he'd been caught for long hair(he's in jc see, but it was all alright except for the back) and he was going to cut it. So we followed him but the barber(the shop name is called Donald Duck Barber) he intended to go to was closed so he just chose another one and it turned out pretty blah. Then we went j8 for a movie but the showtime was too late so we just hung around, got ice-cream and slacked at the playground.
