Went to buy tix for Eragon at 2.30 yesterday. Even tho sy only finished his course at 4 and he and jon were only meeting me at 5. The kiasu me. Then i went to swensens, got myself 2 scoops of macadamia nut ice-cream and watched Bleach on Jadis. Then i went out to the benches and watched sumore.

When the other 2 came we settled ourselves at the balcony part facing the sea and started window shopping when it started to drizzle. We ate at banquet then more window shoppin... cause the movie was at 9.45. Ooh, now there's a new brand i like besides topman and zara, Pull and Bear. Weird name but nice clothes. The stuff from GAP is pretty nice too but expensive.

I. Was. So. Effing. Disappointed. With Eragon. Not only did they cut out so much of the events even certain visual elements were compromised. Like the unbelievable height of Tronjheim and the Beor mountains, the supposed-to-be-hooded Razacs, The fact that Urgals have huge horns on their heads. Certain things were so screwed up. Like where was Angela's werecat and why wasnt she at the battle in Tronjheim? And why didnt they visit Teirm or see Jeod... who would be needed in the next book. And how in the world could they have killed a Razac? It also seemed like Eragon didnt learn much from Brom nor did he suffer physically at all like in the book. ARGH! Its worse than the adaptation of the 3rd Harry Potter. I mean if you watched the movie alone its not too bad(say 3/5) and Saphira(the dragon) was totally awesome. But Haiz. All my anticipation for nothing.
